Responsibilities:
This position is based out of our company headquarters in Camarillo, California, where the Manager of Sales, OEM, will be supporting our OEM sales and business development efforts to our OEM Customers. The primary responsibility of the Manager of Sales, OEM is to develop and manage a team of successful OEM Account Managers (covering a defined OEM account territory) and to develop new OEM business for the company's highly successful OEM product portfolio consisting of sterilizing-grade filter, depth filters, single-use systems.

How you will make an impact:
  • Build and develop an efficient sales team to achieve business objectives and customer satisfaction across the area of responsibility
  • Directly supervise, coach, develop, and train the OEM Account Managers globally, as well as leading OEM account management efforts
  • Focus on team development, building a talent pipeline, and commercial skills training
  • Lead strategic direction for the OEM sales channel; Develop sales strategies to meet plan and expand business within the OEM sales channel; maintain pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed sales objectives
  • Drive the sales planning process: establish sales targets and objectives,
  • Acquire new and expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Qualifications:
The skills and experience you’ll need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Business, and/or related experience.
  • 3+ years leading a field-based sales team.
  • 5+ years field sales experience, B2B sales experience to the Life Science industry.
  • Experience in Life Science OEM B2B sales is a plus.
  • Up to 20% travel (Domestic/International).
  • Has a solid understanding of Life Science Single Use and/or Filtration Technology Consumables and the competitive landscape.
  • Experience achieving ambitious sales targets with accurate forecasting and solid sales fundamentals.
  • Proficient with CRM Adaptation and CRM Pipeline Management.
